This is the ultimate guide for any athlete looking to gain more control over their mind. It is not a long book, yet it’s full of helpful “tips” like visualization techniques, positive self-talk, and how to manage pressure/fear (the yips). It walks you through step by step how to vizualize, meditate, and more… I would highly recommend any athlete to read this because we tend to all have the yips now and again, sometimes more often than not.
